Chenoa Public Library District Special Meeting Agenda

Meeting will be held Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013 at Chenoa Library at 7:00 pm

 The purpose of the meeting is to vote to hire a soil specialist to test the soil and to conduct any other environmental tests required at the site located in downtown Chenoa, IL that has been conditionally given to the library for a new building.

1. I.              Call meeting to order
2. II.             Declare a quorum
3. III.            Public comments limited to 5 minutes per person
4. IV.            Vote to hire soil test(s) and/or environmental tests done at the new library site in                            downtown Chenoa
5. V.             Adjourn meeting
