The McLean County Arts Center is presenting 3 weeks of ART CLASSES for young people 10-18 years old.  Chenoa Library is hosting the classes at the Library. Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting May 21 from 4-6 p.m.  Rover Mobile ARTS CENTER FLYER
